Seal the bag and contents and shake to ensure your marinade coats all the chicken pieces then place the bag sealed into a fridge and leave for 2 hours shaking the contents every 30 minutes.

Preheat your oven 375 degrees F.
Then preheat your BBQ grill or an outdoor gas or charcoal barbecue to a medium heat about 375 degrees F. to start the cooking.
Add some olive oil to a clean cloth or paper towel, quickly wipe the hot grates on the grill with the oily cloth which should make it into a none stick surface.
Take the plastic sealed bag from the fridge and take chicken out of the brine marinade, carefully pat dry on paper towels.
Arrange the chicken legs on the bbq and cook, for 5 minutes ( if the chicken causes flames to envelop the chicken spray with a water mister to reduce the heat and the flames to bbq.
