Ingredients for Breakfast Casserole this Recipe

1 bag (16 oz.) of frozen southern style hash brown potatoes.

1/2 pound of bacon cut into pieces, fried and drained.

1/2 pound sausage, crumbled, browned and drained.

2 small peeled, diced onions.

100g frozen peas.

1 cup frozen mixed diced peppers.

6 ozs cheddar shredded cheese.

6 eggs.

1 cup milk.

1/4 teaspoon dry mustard.

salt & fresh black pepper to taste.

Directions for breakfast casserole recipe:

Layer in the crockpot or slow cooker the following into three layers.

First the frozen potatoes, then bacon, onions, mixed peppers peas and finally on the top layer spread all the cheese.

To complete this method, beat the eggs, milk and mustard, salt & pepper together then carefully pour over the whole mixture over the cheese.

Cook on a low heat for ten hours or overnight and wake to a great breakfast.
