Cover and in a 3.5qt Crockpot or slow cooker cook on low for about 5 hours or until the chicken and veg are tender.
At this stage for additional taste you can add 1 large cup of dry white wine this is optional.
If you require to thicken the liquid to a thicker more desired consistency add into the mixture 2 tbs of flour gently and mix in thoroughly.
Stir mixture and cook for a further 20 mins stir then cover and let stand 10 minutes before serving a delicious meal.
