Chickenbreasts Creamy Pasta Cheese Sauce
This Chickenbreasts Creamy Pasta meal is easy to prepare,Simple to cook and yet provide an extremely enjoyable meal.
By combining the flavors of the chicken browning in a frying pan with little olive oil with bacon,adding in few herbs along with a generous amount of fresh cream and there you have a superb tasty and yet easy to prepare simple meal, surrounded with a cheese pasta.Top with grated Parmesan cheese and a little extra extra thyme and serve.
This is a great dish anyone can make and provides a balance of protein and carbohydrates that will give your body all the energy it needs for hours.

1 tbsp olive oil.
3 skinless chicken breasts, skin removed, cut small squares.
3 rashers bacon,cut into small squares.
3 garlic clove, crushed.
salt and freshly ground black pepper.
250ml/9fl oz single cream.
125g/4½oz pasta bows, fettichini,or spaghetti cooked, according to packet instructions.
small cup full of freshly torn basil plus a little more for the garnish.
85g/3oz cheddar, grated, plus extra for garnish.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan with a cover.
Add your chicken strips and bacon and cook for four minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
Add the garlic to the chicken and cook for one minute.
Season, to taste, with salt and freshly ground black pepper, add the cream and warm through so as not to curdle.
Add the creamy sauce to the cooked, drained pasta and stir well.
To serve, add the basil and cheddar, mix and spoon onto a serving plate.
Garnish with extra grated cheese and basil leaves.
Serves 4 persons
A green lettuce and herb salad goes well and will refresh the pallet after the rich chicken and creamy pasta flavours.
