Directions and Procedures.
1. Add the mayonnaise/creame fraich, milk into a large bowl and mix together.
2. Add the , curry powder, lemon juice, salt and pepper and mix until well combined.
3. Gently toss the chicken nuts and fruit in the curry sauce and mix well.
4. Finally stir in the coriander and celery and cover.
5. Refrigerate for at least one hour ( preferably12 hours) before serving.
