2 sprigs thyme.

70/100 gram pack of fresh herbs or salad leaves.
1 tablespoon mango chutney.
Flesh of 1 fresh mango, finely diced.
¼ tsp. of sea salt.
½ tsp. Freshly ground black pepper.
1 orange peeled cut each segment in half
3 tbs. of chopped walnuts.
2 tbsp. of sultanas of chopped grapes.
