Ingredients for Grilled our Chicken recipe

• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley.

• 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme.

• 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice.

• 2 Cloves of garlic sliced thin.

• 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper & 1/2tsp of salt.

Directions for Grilled Chicken Classic.

• Remove giblets,any insides,and neck then discard

• • Rinse chicken with cold water, and pat dry with kitchen roll paper and discard.

• Trim off and discard excess fat. On a cutting surface, cut chicken in half lengthwise along backbone into two complete pieces.

• Turn chicken over, starting at neck cavity; loosen skin from breast and drumsticks by inserting fingers, gently pushing under the skin.

• Mix the juice, salt, pepper; parsley and thyme until they are combined.

• Loosen the skin gently by inserting your fingers to gently pull away some skin.

• Insert one or two garlic slivers deep under the loosened skin. • Rub mixture under loosened skin as well as and over breast wings and legs drumsticks,to down to secure the skin over the marinade.

• Seal the chicken with all the marinade in a large plastic bag and place in refrigerator for 40 minutes to an hour. • Preheat grill to medium heat.

• Place chicken, skin side up, on grill rack coat with a light cooking spray.

• Grill for 60 minutes or until a thermometer inserted into meaty part of thigh and breast register 180°.

• Remove chicken from grill; and place the chicken kitchen foil then cover completely and let it stand for about 10 minutes.

Remove the skin if you wish to reduce any fat intake, but for those who like a little crispy skin there should be plenty.
