Pressure Cooked Beef Stew herbs and vegetables

Prep Time 30 minutes. Cook Time 30 minutes.

This super beef stew recipe has great flavor, even though it cooks in just a shot time in a pressure cooker.

Ingredients

tsp. chopped fresh basil or 1/2 tsp. dry basil.

2 tbsp of olive oil.

2 tbsp. flour.

4 tbsp. cold water (optional).

Directions for pressure lemon chicken recipe.

Sprinkle the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a 4 or 6-quart pressure cooker.

Cook to brown chicken a few pieces at a time, in 1 tbsp of olive oil set aside.

Return all chicken to pressure cooker with onion and garlic.

Add the chicken broth and all remaining ingredients, except flour, and water.

Close pressure cooker securely with pressure regulator in place.

Cook 10 minutes at 15 pound pressure.

Cool cooker at once.

Remove the top after pressure has ceased.

Blend flour and water carefully to avoid lumps and stir until the liquid thickens.

Remove to heated dish and serve to at least 4 persons.
