Quick Easy Chicken Recipes Breasts Breasts Stuffed with Peppers Herbs and Butter
4 large skinless chicken breast.
4 tablespoons soft butter.
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley.
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives.
Fresh ground black pepper to season for each.
Salt, a little you can always add more to the dish later.
1 green and 1 red pepper take out the centre and chop into 1/2 pieces.
1/4 cup flour.
1 egg, beaten in 2 teaspoons water.
1/2 cup fresh oven dry bread crumbs.

Mix into the soft butter with parsley, chives and mixed peppers and season.
Divide into 4 portions.
Slit and cut into each chicken breast making a wallet to within about 1/4-inch of its edges.
Place a portion of the mixture of herbs and peppers with the butter into the center of each chicken breast and press firm, to close.
Dip each into the beaten egg mix.and dust with a little flour and press into the chicken breasts the bread crumbs,to coat completely.
Place the Breasts on kitchen foil and into a flat baking dish. at 350° oven for 30 minutes.
Then take out and turn each over carfully and return to the oven for a about 30 minutes dpending on the thickness of the Chicken Breasts check they may need less or more time to cook.
