Smoked Trout Broccoli & Pea Pasta

Smoked Trout Broccoli & Pea Pasta is just one of many easy easy and wonderful dishes this versatile food that can be adapted for use with many staple and basic foods such as eggs(poached on top of the trout on a base of crispy green salad or chopped and mixed with pasta topped with Basel leaves.

Smoked Trout Broccoli & Pea Pasta

Cook 12 - 15 mins

INGREGIENTS

• 75g penn fusilli pasta twists or other pasta.

• 100g frozen peas.

. 6 small florets of fresh broccoli.

• 125g pack smoked trout fillets.

• 3 rounded tbsp Greek yogurt.

• 2 heaped tsp horseradish sauce

COOKING METHOD

Cook the pasta in a large pan of boiling water according to pack instructions,

Add the peas for the last 2 mins.

Meanwhile, flake the trout flesh onto a plate and put to one side

Mix the yogurt with the horseradish,add salt and black pepper.

Drain the pasta water,from the pan then keeping the drained pasta in the pan.

Stir in the flaked trout and yogurt, letting the heat of the pasta warm the sauce.

Tastes great with a crisp green and herb side salad,drizzle over a little oil salad dressing.
