1.5 kg (3 lb) chicken pieces.
salt and pepper.
pinch of cinnamon.

1 green pepper, chopped.
4 small onions, sliced.
2 stalks celery, chopped.
6 Oz medium sliced mushrooms.
1 large cop cup white wine.
1 cup fresh (or canned) chopped tomatoes.
3 tablespoons flour.
