Easy Chicken Parmesan recipe, pan-fried golden chicken breasts. This dish has an off the scale wow factor that everyone enjoys, when served with with any pasta and garlic bread, plus a crisp green herb salad.
Chicken Parmesan recipe
4 boneless chicken breasts, pounded to 1/2 inch thickness.
1/2 cup milk.
1/2 cup bread crumbs.
2 to 3 tablespoons olive oil
8 slices mozzarella cheese, or more.
1 jar (16 oz) spaghetti sauce.
4 tbsp of fresh ground Parmesan cheese.
Whisk together the egg and milk.
Dip the chicken breasts in milk and egg mixture and then coat the breasts with the bread crumbs.
Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
Brown the chicken in the hot oil both sides until golden brown
for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
Put all the and the frying reside from the frying pan with the chicken into a baking casserole dish.
Add the spaghetti sauce over all the chicken in the casserole dish.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and a little more mozzarella and bake at 350° for about 25 to 30 minutes, or until bubbly.
Serve with any pasta but spaghetti,some garlic bread and a nice green salad.
