This is a low-sugar and low-fat treat that will taste far better than store-bought breakfast cookie.

Ingredients: for this Diabetic Cookie.

• 1 cup reduced-fat peanut butter.

• 1/4 cup brown sugar.

• 1/2 cup any brand of Granulated Sweetener baking sugar.

• 1/2 cup egg substitute.

• 1 cup of muesli or granola type natural breakfast cereal mixture

Preparation for this delicious Cookie:

Mix all five ingredients in a bowl to combine completely.

Roll into balls the size depends on the size you require your cookies to be.

Place each roll between two baking sheets and flatten slightly by pressing down with the palm of your hand to the desired thickness.

Bake on an oven tray for about 9 minutes in a preheated oven at 375 dgrees.

After baking is complete take the tray from the oven and let them rest to cool down for 5 minutes before eating this delicious quick tasty breakfast.
