Wipe and dry off 8 chicken breasts boned out,wipe and dry off.
1 chicken stock cube.
Into a food processor bowl, mix together the following ingredients.
4 cloves of garlic.
2 peeled whole fresh lemon.
8 tablespoons of olive oil.
2 tablespoons dried oregano.
2 tablespoons ground black pepper.
1/2 small teaspoons salt.

Mix these and smear it over the chicken.
Place the chicken on a baking sheet in a single layer with skin side up.
Bake at 375 degrees until very well browned a total of about 90 minutes, turning during this cooking.
After cooking 45 minutes, baste the chicken with the mixture again and every 15 minutes.
When the chicken is cooked, remove it to a plate cover and keep it hot.
