Eat too much of even the healthiest foods than you can burn off as energy each day and you’ll get fat.
Eat too much sugary foods and processed junk meals and you get fat and get T2 diabetes.
So the bottom line is, eat too much crap you’ll end up with a crap body that doesn’t work well, limits what you are able to do, breaks down and will not last as long as it should.
In a few short words if you live off a junk food diet your going to end up as junk.
But with a few small easy changes in what you eat it all can change for the better.
How do I know, because I’ve done it.

Its all about balance,if you eat healthy food using fresh foods where possible,veg, meat, fish or pasta providing you balance that intake of protein and carbohydrates which provides the energy you use. Divide your plate into quarters, as a general guide one portion of protein meat of fish to at least three different portions of veg on your plate.
Many will say you have to reduce your carbohydrates in your food however carbs are essential for the brain to function at an optimum level of efficiently. But I have found you have to balance more or less what you eat to provide the carbohydrates/energy you need and use.
The body breaks down or converts most carbohydrates into the sugar glucose. Glucose is absorbed into the bloodstream, and with the help of a hormone called insulin it travels into the cells of the body where it can be used for energy.
Easy Chicken recipes began for me with a basic Roast chicken dinner this has over the years has gradually varied, changed. I now remove the skin tempting as it is, the cooked skin contains an enormous amount of fat you dont need. In addition I try where possible to steam cook all my veg,apart from retaining all the goodness within the veg the water for steaming contains all the goodness that has dripped into that water. This veg juice is saved to make soup from later. So now you have created one of the tastiest,healthy well balanced meals that can satisfy any appetite.
This easy chicken contains the all the fresh veg. nutrients, vitamins,trace elements as well as a balance of carbohydrates and protein required in a healthy meal to help in lowering Blood sugar and reversing T2 Diabetes.
