Egg Salad Recipe
Ingredients for this Easy and Simple, Egg Salad Recipe
* 8 eggs.
* 1 tablespoon mayonnaise.
* 2 tablespoons whole seed mustard.
* 1 teaspoon mixed dried herbs.
* 1 teaspoon paprika.
* 1 red onion,chopped fine or minced.
*1/2 a clove of garlic mashed. (optional)
* A little salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste.
Directions for this Easy Eggs Salad Recipe
Place eggs into a saucepan of cold water to just cover the eggs.
Bring water to a boil, cove,rturn the heat down,and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes.
Turn off the heat and let eggs remain in hot water for about 15 minutes.
Remove the eggs from the hot water and leave to cool.
When the eggs have cooled, peel and chop them put them on a plate cover and set aside.
Put into a large bowl place your ingredients first the eggs,then the mayonnaise, mustard,herbs. paprika, onions and salt and pepper. Mash well with a fork or wooden spoon.
Serve on crusty fresh bread as a sandwich or over crisp lettuce and some green salad leaves with some radishes or olives.
This will serve 4 persons
