Grilled Salmon recipes,
Ingredients for this one of our grilled salmon recipes • 4 salmon fillets about 1 1/2 inches wide.
• A pinch of lemon salt to taste on each.
• 2 cloves of garlic chopped fine(1/2 for each).
• A twist of fresh black pepper on each to taste.
• 1/3 cup soy sauce.
• 1/3 cup brown sugar.
• 1/3 cup water.
• 1/4 cup light vegetable oil.
Directions for this super tasy and healthy meal.
Season your salmon fillets with the lemon salt,,black pepper, a little chopped garlic for each fillet.
Into a small bowl, conbine together the soy sauce, brown sugar, water, and vegetable oil and mix until sugar is all absorbed.
Place the fillets of fish in a large resealable plastic bag with the sauce mixture, seal, and gently move the contents to ensure your marinade coats the fillets completely.
Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
Preheat grill for medium heat.
Take the salmon fillets from the plastic bag on to a plate to drain off excess marinade.
Lay kitchen foil over your grill pan coat this with a light layer of oil and arrange the fillets with space on the foil to be able to lift and turn the fillets during cooking.
Cook salmon for 6 to 8 minutes per side, l the fish is cooked by making a cut with a knife the inside colour should be light similar to the outer colour and flake easily with a fork.
Serves 4 persons
This meal can be served on a bed of crispy lettuce with a green leave salad or with some new small boiled potatoes with a little chopped mint or basel.
You could add 4/5 rashers of crispy bacon crumbled around the plate edges to make that extra difference.
