Fat in your body is basically a supply of energy stored away in your body in the form of fat. When you run out of blood sugar  energy your body begins to use fat as a source of energy.

If you don’t eat, your body will simply draw and feed on it’s reserves. This is the fat stored,it’s generated from our diet that is in excess of what you have needed.


Your first meal of the day is Breakfast (breaking your overnight fast) which is an important meal.

The first food since your last meal the previous day.

Your first meal of day breaks that fast, fasting does not have to be for long periods.

Body fat is merely a rainy day store of energy in fat form. The result is when you don’t eat or fast for a while,your body will use or eat that stored fat to provide energy.

By using the bodies liver as a storage facility you have reserve fat to use as energy when the need arises. In an emergency we need that store of fat for energy you until another meal is available.

These days food is basically plentiful for most of us. However the pace of modern living is such that many of us just simply have not got the time to prepare and cook.

Our daily busy lives leave very little time after a busy day working and traveling home for cooking. But these days to begin and prepare the ingredients to make tasty meals from scratch can take just minutes.

So we buy in lots of foods that look healthy and they are easy and quick to prepare. However processed and quick meals are often saturated with excess fat,sugar, salt, flavor enhancers. The result is  gross overload, the result is  added weight for many is increased weight,excess sugar builds up in the blood.

In addition fat saturates the liver and overflows into other organs over one third US people are diabetic. In many far eastern country’s the figure almost 50% now that an alarming pandemic.

The major mistake most T2 Diabetics make when starting to try to lower BS levels.


1   Is to be in to much of a hurry to start to make progress. Do take it slowly let your body get used to small changes you make.
That way your body will get used to less sugar etc and a little more exercise without negative reactions.

2  When you choose a program, begin the process to lower BS levels and begin the journey to reverse your T2diabetes. First make sure the program fits into your daily life without interfering with your normal daily busy life. Second do not choose a rigid program that you have to fit your new life into that will not work long term.

Finding the correct program that will help you to reduce your sugar and blood glucose levels to control diabetes is a first step.

To begin to reverse Type 2 Diabetes requires an adaptable program. One  you can change to use specifically for your own  work, family and social remission requirements.

The only programs and routines that are successful and work for the long term. These are those that take into account for your individual circumstances and requirements.

Your program  MUST fit into your normal daily life’s routine without interfering, interruption. It must fit into your daily life with causing more more pressure on your time.

It is not easy but you can learn to adapt and improve any basic diabetes control program it is not Rocket Science.  I know it can be achieved because I built my own successful program. I use this simple and easy process daily it keeps me diabetes free and I reversed my T2d 3 years ago.

This is all I have to do is to continue to maintain my food management and daily active lifestyle. Keep to it and I will remain clear of type 2 diabetes for the rest of my life.

One of the main secrets is you must make all the changes slowly, gradually little by little.
