Grilled Salmon Marinade

Grilled Salmon Marinade adds the perfect touch to this classic Salmon meal.

When you choose your salmon fillets try to make sure each is about the same size and about 1″inch thick.

You need 6 salmon fillets for this amount of ingriedients in this easy marinade

1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil.
2 teaspoons sesame oil.
4 tablespoons soy sauce.
4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar.
2 tablespoons of light pouring honey.
3 teaspoons brown sugar.
1 teaspoons ground ginger.
½ a teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes.
4 green shallots or small onions chopped fine.
2 cloves of garlic, minced.
Juice of 1 Lime or Lemon.

Into a separate medium bowl, combine and mix thoroughly all your ingredients.

Then put them into a large plastic bag together and place your salmon fillets into the mixture making sure the mixture is coating and spread well onto all your fillets without damaging the salmon.

Remove the air from the bag and seal tightly let the salmon fillets marinate in the refrigerator for 6 to 8 hours.

Take out and wrap the salmon fillets tightly in aluminium foil to await cooking.

Baking salmon instructions

After marinating the salmon overnight, place salmon fillets in a glass baking dish that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.

Pour the leftover marinade over the salmon and bake in a preheated oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Bake for about 20 minutes or until salmon flakes away easily with a fork.
