Turkey Kebabs,Easy, Simple. Great Tasting Feast.
These healthy Low fat skewers of turkey breast diced in mixed herbs with a green leaf salad a drizzled of olive oil, then a squeeze of fresh lime juice just completes any summer barbeque a meal are full of delicious flavors.
Turkey kebabs BBQ or grilled with satay sauce
Ingredients for this turkey delightful meal
• 2 cloves garlic, chopped.
• ½ onion, diced.
• 2 limes juiced.
• 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce.
• 1 red chilli, finely chopped (optional).
• 2 tbsp light soy sauce.
• handful of mint or coriander mixed.
• 450grams or 1lb turkey minced.
Optional a selection of peppers cut into quarters small onions small tomatoes and mushrooms to add between the kebab meat on the skewers.

Ingredients for your satay sauce.
9oz peanut butter - smooth or crunch.
3 tbsp dark soy sauce. 350-450ml/11½fl oz boiling water.
Preparations for the satay sauce.
Put the peanut butter into a heat proof bowl then add the soy sauce,gently add the hot water and whisk in the hot water.
The sauce will firt very thick but don t worry, as you continue to add gently the water it will become until it reaches the consistency (like thick cream).
With a food processor or with a hand blender, mix together the garlic, onion, lime juice, with Worcestershire sauce, chilli, sugar, soy sauce with the mint coriander.
Then add all the minced turkey and mix together.
Leave this mixture in the fridge for the flavours to blend and cool down for a few hours or overnight is better if you can.
To make the kebabs, take wooden skewers that have been soaked in water for a few hours to prevent them burning.
Pack your mixture into small oblong balls around each skewer in a sausage shape.
This is optional we intersperse meat then peppers, meat then a small onion, meat then a mushroom this adds colour to the end result and varies the flavours of this dish.
Cook them under a hot preheated bbq or grill n on high heat for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally until properly cooked through.
This serves 4 to 6 kebabs
