Mix the flour, salt, and baking powder in to a small bowl, sift and take out any small lumps then set the bowl aside.
Beat the egg in a bowl into frothy mixture and add the vanilla extract.
Warm the butter then mix with the peanut butter with flour, salt and baking powder until complete.
With a tablespoon scope and make into 1” balls, do this for all of the mixture.
Flatten each ball to make a round cookie shape.
Place each cookie on a baking tray and into the oven.
Pre-set the oven temperature at 375°
Bake for about 10 to 12 minutes or until cooked to deep golden brown in standard oven.
With a convection oven, bake for about 8 minutes or until cooked and set.
Allow to completely cool before removing from the tray.
